Sometimes it is hard to make sure the kiddos leave in the morning with a full tummy that is ready for a day of learning. My kids are in middle school now and normally fend for themselves in the morning. I like to bake on the weekend and have some things on hand for them to grab and go. They all freeze great too….so just bake them up and let cool. Place in freezer bag. To thaw…just sit bread on counter overnight.

  1. Thanks, I might use them in the future. School starts next week and my daughter and I don’t care too much about breakfast although I agree with you that it IS indeed important to eat something in the mornings. Well, maybe if we prepare something like this at the weekends, we will.
