We had our family pics taken this past Friday. I am just viewing the photos now…and they are really quite special. I am going to share with you next week….I have been overgramming on instagram. I think photographing teens can be as challenging as infants…and our photographer really captured them beautifully. (Locals, highly recommend Amy at BluegrassBebe ;)

Update on the lakehouse: we have had some interest…but no offers yet. Please keep your fingers crossed for us….We would love to sell it:) Update on beachhouse: we are actively seeking bids for our remodel. We are excited to get the process started and hopefully by next summer we be complete…time will tell:)

We constantly seem to have an ice shortage in our house. Do you? We have considered an undercabinet ice maker….it is a real pet peeve for my hubs. He doesn’t let much get under his skin…but no ice or lack of ice really annoys him. I purchased these for the time being….who doesn’t love a little cube o ice…am I right?? (affl. link on picture)

It’s Halloween weekend! Our kids don’t get dressed up anymore….so honestly it almost passed me right by….I am onto Thanksgiving already;) I hope you have a great time trick or treatin with your little goblins;)
