My friend (and neighbor) Patti asked me awhile ago to take a look at her guest room. She was wanting something more….it is pretty much a blank canvas..

A decent size for a guest room…it is about 11 by 11…

has a great size closet and huge window for lots of natural light…

She is thinking of a space that is multi-functional…think kids projects, her scrapbooking, spare room for the occasional out of town guest…and some storage space.
I am still in the planning stage….but these are the colors I am thinking of. I think the pale yellow mixed with with the light grey is so universal. A butter color on the walls would be fabulous. With some punches of grey and white and maybe a dash of black—would look so updated and fun!
This wrapping/crafting hutch on the wall would be so useful…

Along with a nice workspace to spread out projects on…

Maybe a fabulous new light to inspire some work!

And an update to a twin bed to make it more like a daybed/couch to read on….
Still pulling it together…thanks Patti for letting me be apart of your new space!
