Recently I hosted some friends for our annual gift exchange. I made everyone one of these homemade bath/shower salts as a favor. I am not a bath person….so I use these salts when I take a shower. Just sprinkle some on the floor of the shower—and you will be able to inhale the goodness! The ones I made were “stress relief” made with eculypus essential oil. LOVE that scent!
You will need…
  • Epsom Salt
  • Essential Oil (found in craft supply near soap making items)
  • Container to measure
  • Containers to gift the salts in
  • Label
  • Funnel is helpful

Most essential oils will tell you to use about 1 oz per oz of salt. Just check the back of the package to be sure.

Drop the oil in the salt and stir up well.

Using a funnel, pour salt into container. Place a label on and you’re
done! Perfect party favor!!
