This recipe is a perfect way to make the best use of a boxed brownie recipe. My friends at Gallo Family Vineyards Website challenged me to come up with a recipe that would feature the crisp and fruity Moscato wine. (#myjobdoesntsuck ;) I raised both hands high! Yes, I think I can do that. 
Moscato is sweet and crisp…and pairs really well with many springtime dishes. But what goes better together than raspberries, wine and chocolate?!?! I was off to create an easy and sweet glaze that would be perfect to serve up as a treat on Mother’s Day. Mom deserves it I think:)
I would invite you to search #MoscatoMonday to see how others are making use of this flavorful and sweet wine. Try a new sangria or wine spritzer…..it may become your new favorite drink:)
Super easy recipe: 6 oz raspberries 1/2 C Gallo Moscato Wine 1/4 C sugar 1/2 t cornstarch 1T cold water In a small saucepan, combine raspberries, wine and sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes. In a small bowl, stir together cold water and cornstarch. Stir with a fork until cornstarch is dissolved. Pour into raspberries. Stir one more minute or until thickened. Pour over your favorite brownie….serve it up! So yummy when it is served up warm. Also fabulous over vanilla ice cream!
