There are some things I never thought I would “put together” and a hot tub would be high on that list. I mean a hot tub you put together…what is the point?!?! But when Bill and I researched “portable hot tub”….we found one that we just had to try. It is called a spa-in-a-box….and they aren’t kidding….it is appropriately named. It came in 2 boxes…and here in the story of how we put ours together….I did some fancy (not really) time-lapsed photography on my camera.

It is a 6 person tub…with 72inches in diameter…

We first built a deck that was level and in a good spot to watch the sunset. Here is the deck post I did…

We laid some peagravel and some pavers…very rustic. It is a great hot tub for this kind of location. We are able to completely disassemble it in the harsh winter months and only have it outside when we want.

Life is good at the lake :)
This is where we purchased…Spa in a box
Here is the one minute you tube….
