wahoo! The perfect end to my EARLY Saturday morning blurry blog fest (ie: sip coffee, stare at blogs, encourage child to watch tv). My toddler woke me up at 5:30 and these muffins (currently in the oven), might just turn my day right around! Thanks for sharing :)
just baked these off–i put caramel bites into them as well so it is a caramel apple pie muffin. taking them to a get together this evening and can’t wait to hear what folks have to say! thanks for the great recipe!
