Garlicy, lemony, buttery goodness. Shrimp scampi was my very first love for any kind of seafood. I felt like such a grown up the first time I ordered it at a restaurant. I was such a picky eater growing up…I thought only adults ate seafood. What’s not to love about shrimp scampi?? And when you put all that goodness on top of a buttery puff pastry…well…you are pretty close to heaven;) My friends at wanted me to show you easy it is to make Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi a fun weeknight meal.
