It’s not really a “tutorial”….more of a “hey, maybe you might like to make these with your kids because they are super easy and fun” post. I mean simple…people.
Take the top off one of those plastic clear ornaments, stuff in some shredded red paper. Hot glue on some black trim or ribbon…white pompom. Done. And done.
Go forth…and make many Santa’s :)

I love using things that are already hanging around the ole craft room. These pompoms would be great to use on a gift, on a mantlescape…or maybe bunched up and hanging from a ceiling fixture. They are shabby and chic and practically free…and that is always a bonus! These would also be a great classroom project for kids…they come together quick and no glue is involved ;)
I went on a quick trip to see my bff last week. We got busy working on homemade Halloween costumes. 3 little girls wanting 3 unique homemade costumes….we were worn out! The oldest wanted to be a claw machine (like the kind you see at the arcade), the middle girl wanted to be a jelly fish…and the youngest wanted to be a Cookie on a Pan…hilarious..and so adorable. Melissa followed the directions from Family Fun online…and we snapped some pictures along the way. The pictures were taken by the girls…and it was dark outside…it’s the best we could do ;)
