Well the big foodball –er I mean Football game…is coming up this weekend! Here is a great hearty appetizer we make all the time. It is a great use of leftover steak. Super easy…and very tasty!
cut up some leftover steak (filet shown here that has already been grilled..we had it for dinner the night before) about 4 oz (small piece…equaled about 1 heaping C)
chop up about 1.4 c onion
salt, pepper, about 1/2 C cheese shredded, garlic clove minced
about 1/4 C mayo. Mix it all up!
Roll out some crescents and flatten a bit…
Place some steak mixture in the center, fold in corners and roll up…
Bake 375 about 13 minutes! Yummo!!! Great with a horseradish cream sauce to dip!
Go Pac!!!!

I make these alot with chicken – so yummy!
these sound delish!!! might make them for the super bowl this weekend!
Looks great!
Looks yummy…..might just take that to the superbowl party rather than my usual buffalo chicken dip! Thanks for sharing!
This. looks. amazing. Thank you for this great recipe! ~Lori
It's like your own little "hot pocket"!!! Yum Yum
Those look awesome. I make something similar which we call 'chicken baseballs'. Instead of the triangle cut dough I use the flat dough sheet, it's sold right next to the triangle stuff. I cut it with a pizza cutter and it makes wrapping it up so much easier!
