You know how I love a simple recipe right….I couldn’t believe how “no-brainer” this recipe was. I was sure it would fail. Ended up being some of the best barbecue chicken we have ever had. It was a huge hit with the whole family! Best part is….zero planning….it calls for frozen chicken breast! It took about 5 minutes to put together…and it cooks all day!

Place 4 frozen chicken breast in the crock pot. Combine sauce, dressing, Worcestershire, and brown sugar. Pour over chicken.

Cook on low for 5-6 hours. It will fall apart…literally fall apart with 2 forks.
I pulled it all apart and placed it in a sauce pan.  I poured a bit of the juice from the crock pot on top and just kept in on a super low heat (just to keep it warm). It was delicious!
Ingredients:
4 frozen chicken breast
12 oz bottle bar b que sauce
1 cup Italian dressing
1/4 Cup brown sugar
2 T worcestershire sauce
