Left over steak….so happy to have it on hand! These quesadilla come together super quick!
Cut up your steak into small pieces….
Saute some onions and red peppers in a bit of olive oil. Add in steak and heat.
Spoon mixture into tortillas. Sprinkle cheese on top and then another tortilla. Place on baking sheet and put in a 400 degree oven for about 13 minutes.
