I discovered something amazing on a recent trip to my cousins house in Philadelphia. Cooking bacon on the grill!! If you already have been doing this…then there is no need to read on…see ya tomorrow. But if you haven’t I must tell you….we will never cook bacon the same way again!!!! So easy, so ZERO clean up, and perfect! No greasy bacon smell in your house….but yet all that bacon goodness that you love :)

Bacon bacon bacon….

We used foil….but Bill said a foil pan would be much safer and sturdier so next time we will use a foil pan.
Just cut bacon in half. Lay on a single layer on foil or on foil pan. Cook about 8 minutes no need to flip!

Happy Bacon boy….joyful because he will not be left to clean up all the bacon grease ;)

Sizzle sizzle sizzle bacon goodness….
Seriously…the easiest way to every cook bacon!
