My mom cooked most of the meals in our house when I was growing up. She is a really great cook. My Dad cooks on the grill and can cook a fabulous breakfast spread….and he makes a really really really great coleslaw. We have it every Thanksgiving—it is so good—I can eat the bowl all myself. My dad was kind enough to share it with all of you. It really is even better if you make it a day ahead….yummy! Thanks Daddy-0

Sorry we don’t have any pictures—I will post some after Thanksgiving…
