Covered Clipboard

I feel a little silly doing a post on this. It is so easy. No I mean it….if you know how to use glue (hello Kindergarten…) then you know how to make this. But I wanted to share it because it would make a nice teacher gift.

I made two of these for Patti’s Office. They are great to just hang on the wall and pull down when you want to use them. I covered them with a heavy card stock. You can find card stock at a craft store in the scrapbook paper aisle. You will also need some rubber cement. This glue is key because it will not wrinkle the paper. Nice and smooth. I got the clipboards at the dollar store :)
Turn your paper onto the wrong side and trace the clipboard. Cut it out a little inside the line you traced. That way the paper will not hang over the edge.

Apply a generous amount of rubber cement. Then place some heavy books on top and allow to dry.
Attach a ribbon to the top to match so that it can be hung up.
That’s it!!
