Ingredients

  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 C butter
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 C raisins
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup crushed rice chex

Instructions

  • Cream sugars and butter. Add in vanilla and egg. Add in raisins coconut and chex. Form into balls and bake on cookie sheet. 350.
