Homemade Cream Soup Base

- 2.5 C chicken broth low sodium
- 1.5 C milk
- 3/4 C flour
- 1/2 tsp each onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, parsley
- 1 t salt
Combine chicken broth and 1/2 C milk in saucepan…low boil.
In a small bowl, whisk flour, seasonings and remaining milk until smooth.
Pour flour mixture into broth and whisk until thickened simmer low.
