Ultimate Baked Cheese Dip

Football=Cheese….am I right or am I right?? Is that just because I am a cheesehead?? I think not! We all love some cheesey goodness while watching a great game of pigskin. Here is a real crowd pleaser! Everytime I make this people ask to eat the bread….because they just need one-more-bite….Enjoy!

 

Throw all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Tip: I drain the artichokes in the can…then use kitchen shears and cut them up in the can. Easy!

 

 

 

I have used this recipe for many years…so no clue on the original source. I have tweeked it too over the years…

Ultimate Baked Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded monteray jack
  • 1 can artichokes drained and chopped up (I just cut them with scissors inside the can)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients. Hollow out a large bread bowl (keeping the top intact). Pour in cheese mixture. Cover with bread top. Bake 425 1.5 hours
