I did it. I picked the wrong color. About 5 years ago….I picked a color for our basement. And for about 5 years I have hated the color.
Have you ever done that? Picked something and hated it almost right away? I have to say…. I have a fairly good track record when it comes to picking paint….but this basement I got all wrong.
It is a pea green that is so bad….looks like vomit (sorry for the visual there..) moving on….
So, it was on the top of our list to change. We are hiring out on this one….because not only did I pick the wrong wall color….I also picked the wrong ceiling color. Awesome….
I decided to go with a nice cream. This basement gets very little natural light….like zero. I need something that is warm…but yet something that will play nice against the white trim…and brown carpet. I think cream will work…..I will keep you posted ;)
