Winner for the summer book giveaway is Number 15!!! Melissa!!!

Great snack to serve up this Memorial day weekend! Perfect with chips or veggies! Comes together quick too! I really do make it different every time…but it’s always good! My first food post from the lakehouse :)

One box of spinach squeezed to get the water out…(I use a papertowel, roll it up over the sink and squeeze)

In a bowl toss together, 4 oz cream cheese, 1/4 C sour cream, 1 clove garlic minced, pinch of red pepper, salt and pepper, and if you have it 1/4 mayo. I didn’t and that is fine too. You can also add in a can of artichokes drained and chopped if you wish.
Bake 375 for about 25 minutes. Stir and serve!
