We had some leftover roast chicken….so I ended up making this little appetizer with it….
(can you tell I was just throwing things in….because that is exactly what happens around here on Sundays….)
cooked chicken, 1/2 can artichokes chopped, 1 piece bacon chopped, 1/2 C mayo, s.p, 1 c cheese, dash red pepper, dash hot sauce
mix it all up
Bake in a dish….375 for about 25 minutes
toast some leftover dinner bread….
spread on the dip….enjoy the game—or whatever you are watching :)
