We have a wood burning fireplace….so I don’t like to put too many things that hang down over the mantle. Otherwise I am constantly moving things….not fun. Here is what I decided on this year….
(note: glass of wine, fire burning…lights on..= one happy momma)
I placed one strand of white lights on the mantle. I covered it with live clippings off the tree. I covered that with one fake garland that has a little sparkle to it…and some pine cones.

I made a large frame and painted it white (post coming soon on that…) and I stapled pine garland to the inside edge. The wreath is lite with white lights. I also added one garland that has silver leaves on it. Along with a few silver ornaments. A large satin bow finishes the wreath!

Fa la la la la  la la la la!
